What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us online. This information may consist of: name, address, phone number, address, and email address. We also collect information when you give your permission when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback, participate in our competitions and/or attend and of our events.
Where do we store the information about you?
Mike Morgan Media look after our database on our behalf and under our instruction. They transmit the data securely to the Mailchimp’s secure servers based in the United States of America. Both Mike Morgan Media and Mailchimp are fully GDPR compliant.
How will we use the information about you?
We use this information in a number of ways:
- To send you our occasional newsletters.
- To contact you regarding special events and offers that we think may be of interest to you.
- To inform you of important information that could affect you, like changes in our opening times.
- To correspond with suppliers and people who show interest in trading with us.
Our customer’s privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we will never release your details to third party organisations for marketing purposes.
We would like to keep you updated with our special offers, product updates and general information such as our opening hours. For the purposes of GDPR regulations Oakchurch operates a soft OPT IN option.
