Stepping through the doors at Oakchurch, you're immediately greeted by the freshness and abundance of spring. From locally grown asparagus to the tangy sweetness of freshly harvested rhubarb, and succulent strawberries grown here on our farm, every product is a testament to the rich bounty of the season.
As you pass the fruit and veg, you approach our in-house butcher's counter, where skilled artisans are busy hand-preparing sausages and burgers. Proudly sourcing from local suppliers across Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, and Worcestershire, our beef and lamb predominantly come from our own family farm. With our award-winning Hereford-Charolais cross-breed, each cut boasts just the right amount of marbling, ensuring a juicy and flavourful experience. And let's not forget the beloved taste of spring lamb, sourced from our select breed, the Charollais, renowned for its tender and lean meat, perfectly suited to the modern, health-conscious palate. Our friendly butchers are always on hand to offer advice or share their expertise.
