We’re delighted to welcome Ryan Walters from Hereford and his range of cookie bar slabs, brownies, blondies, rocky roads, and more, to our deli.

“Having been working professionally as a vocalist/dancer for 16 years all around the world, I found myself at a loss when the pandemic hit in 2020/2021 and the entertainment industry came to a standstill. I had no income and no work, so I did what every person did in lockdown… BAKE!

I began baking to pass the time, experimenting with different cookie recipes and creating sugar cookie art. Through much practice and some epic fails, my friends and family encouraged me to start selling my products. Thus, Sinfully Delicious was born and I started to operate the business in April 2021. My motto when it comes to my bakes is it’s always better to have too much than too little and this became my business model, to specialise in monster bakes at affordable prices. As well as cookies, I began to expand my menu of monster bakes to cookie pies, rocky roads, brownies, and fudges.

Seeing it as more of a side hustle, I never took it too seriously and I never imagined it to be what it is today. Starting off with a pop-up here and there, my business began to thrive and started to become popular in Hereford. Never one to rest on my laurels, I branched out and started to travel out of Hereford to Gloucester,
Worcester, and other surrounding areas.

In 2023, I made the leap of going full time and I’ve never looked back, and I now supply to multiple local businesses in and around Herefordshire. I am extremely grateful for all the support from my customers and delighted with my new partnership with Oakchurch.”
