We’re so lucky to be located in rural Herefordshire where amazing food is always
available in great abundance, right here on our doorstep and from just across the
border.
 
Like our own award-winning beef, fattened on the Oakchurch farm and 21 dry-aged to give it it’s fantastic flavour and unique texture. Rolled sirloin, topside, rib of beef and melt-in-the mouth steaks. It’s the lush and nutritious Herefordshire grass that does it!
Our lamb comes from the nearby village of Bredwardine and it’s so succulent.
 
From just across the border in Monmouthshire, Usk Vale free-range bronze turkeys and traditional breed barn-reared white turkeys are firm favourites. Their boneless rolled turkey breast, gently wrapped in streaky bacon, is always a popular choice.
 
Christmas wouldn’t be complete without lots of pigs in blankets! Of course, we make these ourselves using only top quality, free range pork sausage meat, lovingly wrapped in streaky
bacon.
