EMPLOYEE GIVES UP DAYS OFF TO RAISE CHARITY FUNDS

An Oakchurch Farm Shop employee gave up two days off to raise funds for Midland Air Ambulance over the Jubilee weekend and raised over £1,000.
“Our very own Queen of charity fund raising, Sheila Oliver, from our jewellery department dressed up as Her Majesty the Queen and sold raffle tickets at our entrance for two days.” Said Oakchurch owner, Nick Price.

“Response from our customers was amazing and very generous indeed as was the the support of our suppliers who donated numerous items for us to give away as prizes. We thank them all most sincerely.”
First prize winner in the Jubilee charity raffle was Stewart Davies from Madley who was absolutely delighted with his Oakchurch garden centre shopping voucher from Mercer Leisure worth £100.
