CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY FOR THE BROOKFIELD SCHOOL
Christmas has certainly come early this year for The Brookfield School after a generous donation from Oakchurch Farm Shop at Staunton on Wye.
Staff at the store contacted their many suppliers asking them to donate products that could be used by the school or to raise money for the school through fund raising events.
The Brookfield School is a specialist school in Hereford that caters for children with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs between the ages of 7 and 16.
Numerous suppliers were happy to support this, recognising that Brookfield School provides an invaluable service to the Herefordshire County. Donations have been wide ranging from books and toys through to honey and cakes and all have been gratefully received.
The presentation was made by the big man himself, when children from the school attended Oakchurch to spend some time with Santa Claus.
